Specifications:

a) Structure: Mansory Structure with brick walls.

b) Flooring:Vitrified tiled flooring in living, dining and bedrooms and Anti skid ceramic tiles for wet areas.

c) Doors: Main Doors of Teak (double leaf special design) and commercial flush doors for bedrooms and toilets.

d) Windows: Anodised Aluminium sliding type with plain glass panes. Grills and bug screens can be fixed to the wall at extra cost.

e) Sanitary & CP Fittings : Hindware / Parryware, with health faucet, shower mixers.

f) Electrical Works: Modular Switches of Crabtree or equivalent and ample plug points. Inverter wiring and telephone cabling will be done.
