Security:Round the clock security of the village will be take care of.If you wish we can have wired electronic security installed.
Event Manager:This being a Golden retreat, we will provide the services of an Activity/ Event manager who will ensure that there are a healthy supply of activities for individuals, cultural events, tours, visits by artists/musicians etc..
Assisted Living: While our Cottages and Villages have been designed to support independent living for as long as possible, we understand that there will be requirement for assisted living due to age or physical challenges.
We Offer
Food in Cottage_Meals will be delivered to the cottage.
Special meals. To cater to specific health requirements(where ever possible)
Housekeeping of the inside of cottages.
Alarm response: Special security/ Nurse will be made available to respond to calls on the alarm system.
Transport: You are welcome to have your own private vehicle.Wehave provied adequate parking for that. However, we are providing a local shuttle transport to Mettupalayam and Coimbatore on a daily basis should you have any work there.
Laundry:While each unit has washing machine provisions,there will be an central landrette to take care of the washing and pressing requirements esp of heavy linen and bedding.
Medical Assistance: We are a Golden retreat and at the outset informour residents that while we shall ensure that in case of any emergency we shall rush the ill person to the nearest hospital. (Click here to see the Medical Facilities)
Travel Counter: We shall provide a contact point for organizing transport as well as ticketing and organizing tours.
Property Management : In case you are unable to occupy your cottages, our property management services will not only let you take care of your property and its maintenance but we will also help you in letting out your property collecting the rentals, looking after the tenants etc.
